A couple Cards

Well hello there!! I'm off on vacation for the week and it's already Wed and I haven't done one card yet! I'm taking care of my two kids also, so getting a card done in less than 2hrs can be difficult, lol. I'm thinking I am going to have to do the cards once the kids are in bed and I have finished my workout, it's the perfect time and it's so quiet. Who doesn't love to do baby cards?

I always look forward to doing a baby card. One of my best friends is having a baby soon and I did this card for her baby shower yesterday. It was inspired by Kristina Werner, she did a similiar card a couple years ago. I love the colours on the kraft and black cardstock and the white is really bold.

Spring is coming...

Life is busy and Spring is coming, and I am going to try and keep up with this blog. It was easier before because I was on Mat leave and had more free time. With the kids getting bigger and doing more, and my life back at work...it's busier than ever. Lately, I have just been doing cards for special occasions or if friends or family are requesting cards made for them. Very difficult for me to do a couple of cards just for the fun of it.

Anyway, here are a couple cards I have done in the past couple of weeks. Both are birthday cards, enjoy and thanks for looking!

No Excuses

I know I know, no excuses. I haven't updated my blog in a long time and I have no reason for it. To be honest, I haven't been inspired by anything lately, maybe it's because of the weather. I hate winter, gives me the blahs. But, on a good note, Valentine's is coming!! Who doesn't love getting a Valentine.
